We store seamless elbows to DIN 2605 part 1 type 3 (R~1.5xD) 90° made of St35.8/I starting from an outside diameter of 21.30 mm x 2.0 mm wall thickness up to 609.60 x 12.50 mm.

As specialists, in addition to standard dimensions, we also offer unusual inventory sizes such as 48.30 x 10.00 mm, 76.10 x 12.50 mm, 88.90 x 12.50 and 14.30 x 14.20 mm. For maintenance and repair in particular, we additionally stock old DIN dimensions of this type, e.g., 57.00 x 6.30 mm, 108.00 x 8.00 mm, 133.00 x 10.00 mm, 193.70 x 8.80 mm, 244.50 x 6.30 mm and 419.00 x 10.00 mm. We store welded elbows made of St37.0/S235 with normal wall thicknesses in sizes ranging from 33.70 x 2.60 mm to 168.30 x 4.50 mm. Furthermore, we are also able to offer a comprehensive inventory of welded elbows in wall thickness row 2 type 3 from 219.10 x 4.50 mm up to 914.00 x 10.00 mm.

From the word go, we have focused on elbows with a short radius in accordance with DIN 2605 part 1 type 2 (R~1xD) 90°. It goes without saying that we offer a complete and, in part, welded range from 21.30 x 2.00 mm through 60.30 x 4.50 mm, 76.10 x 4.50 mm, 139.70 x 12.50 mm, 159.00 x 4.50 mm, 323.90 x 5.60 mm and 355.60 x 8.00 mm up to 813.00 x 8.00 mm.

We can also optionally supply DIN elbows of type 5 (R~2.5xD) from our own stock. The available dimensions with normal wall thicknesses range from 21.30 x 2.00 mm to 273.00 x 6.30 mm.

Above and beyond the above-mentioned stock programme, we continually supply elbows to DIN 2605 part 2 with 100% utilisation factor, processed elbows with special angles and adapted connection dimensions. ANSI/ASME

Regular stocking of elbows to the ANSI/ASME standard in sizes from ½" (21.34 mm) to a maximum of 32" (812.80 mm) is a matter of course for us. We stock large quantities of our standard range in the common wall thicknesses, Schedule STD and Schedule XS, with long and short radii. However, we also offer dimensions in many thin and thick-walled variants, in particular with short radii.

Every day we ship all types of flanges from our comprehensive DIN flange warehouse.
The flanges which are immediately available also include old DIN dimensions, for example, DN 50/57.00, DN 100/108.00, DN 125/133.00, DN 150/159.00 to DIN 2633 and DIN 2642.
