Production Equipment

Our company has brought in a 800-ton full automatic medium-frequency hydraulic pipe bender, which can produce medium-frequency bends with specification up to ID1520*120mm and A335P22 alloy steel seamless high pressure elbows with specification up to ID1121*100 mm, filling the gap of large-caliber elbows in the domestic pipe fitting manufacturing industry. It has one newly built large-scale automatic heat-treatment furnace, which can simultaneously process over 50 tons of products, including all large-scale high-pressure fittings and pipes.

Production Techniques

Our company has complete production equipment capable of meeting the different demands of production. It brought up and employed a group of technicians. They can independently accomplish the whole sets of advanced techniques including cold extrusion, hot-forming, heat pushing, machine work, forging, molding and heat treatment.

Detection

The company has nondestructive testing apparatus, supersonic testing apparatus, universal testing machine, impact test machine and physical & chemical labs, forming a complete quality assurance system. At the same time, well-trained specialists master the perfect detecting means, achieving a conformity rate of 100% in exfactory inspection of products.
